The estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days. We highly recommend that a contact number is provided to ensure that your delivery has the best chance to be delivered to you safely & correctly. If you are out when delivery is attempted, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Alternatively, the driver may try again on the following working day if they feel there is no suitable safe place to leave your parcel. Taxes & Duties

Your order is dispatched with Delivery Duties Unpaid.

All orders are shipped from our Warehouse on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis and may be liable for custom duties and local taxes.

Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that Nail Polish Direct is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. Should you need any further assistance regarding Taxes & Duties, please contact your local government tax office.

Failure to Pay Duties & Taxes

If you fail to pay for your order to be released for delivery, your order will be returned back to us.

You will be liable for the charges for the return back to our warehouse.

This will be automatically deducted from your order amount to be returned.

Business Customers

When placing your order please provide us with your National Identification number and receiver's VAT number.

We are unable to deliver goods to your business address without this information. VAT is removed for all business customers providing the information has been correctly provided. Please contact our customer care team to be provided with a VAT exempt code.
